Another friend, Jackie, stops by and we have a little circle of socialization going on. At this time, the pups also spend time with men as well. If a pup is only exposed to one gender, age, etc. they will not be socialized...all ages, all genders, all colors need to be covered. There were 4 of us, including me, in this little socialization circle. Mom, Kayta, and dad, Kaho were circulating during this time and were both just fine with this.

| Here is our fourth person in our little circle. My friend, Barb, took over double duty for a while when I took these pics. Since, many of these folks have their own pets, the pups are exposed to smells they are unfamiliar with, but since they are getting that in a framework or caring and love, they accept the different smells naturally.

Everyone is in full exploration mode. Some of them are even going up to the second step and seeing what is up outside the box. The little gray gal is already thinking "Out of the Box"!

| The dark red boy was really the first to do this. I saw him yesterday. They always seem to have the most difficulty with their back legs...they just don't know quite where to put them when on different levels. However, practice makes perfect and I would expect them to improve rapidly.

| All are just beginning to show an interest in Kayta's food and even like to try and check out her water dish. Note, this little gal has gone up to the third step.

| Here is the light red male. You can see he has bright blue eyes at this stage. Ears are in process...they need to come forward and then they stand up as the pups develop more muscle.
