This, too, is Miya. You may also not want to neglect teeth while grooming. It is easier to get your pup accepting of tooth brushing while young. Start by just using your finger-then go to a soft toothbrush with dog toothpaste on it. Again, keep sessions short with lots of positive praise. Notice the dirty spot on her paw---you can dress 'em up, ...as the saying goes.
